Very professional. I had to have a new passport form completed and my husband had a renewal it was done in no time we had our appointments and it both were completed in 1/2 hour. Thank you so so much for the outstanding help. I would highly recommend the Hamlin Community Library for passport renewal and to ascertain a new passport and passport cards.

Professional and organized staff, took the time to review all pre-filled paperwork, pictures were a breeze and the staff assisted in making sure all payments were attached to the correct paperwork. The site itself is very child friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Very happy to see that our local library offers this service. Was able to get an appointment quickly. With my paperwork already filled out, the staff member was able to process my photo first, while she prepared the envelope. She put all the neccessary items together,as required. This gave me a great sense of calm, knowing that a professional had helped me get this completed, correctly.
The staff member was fast, freindly and polite.
Always glad to see this service offered at the library.
