The Hamlin Community Library is a beautiful space. I've been with this library since it was in the smaller building. I've watched it evolve to what it is now -- a wonderful community hub with many resources and a lot of smiling faces! The joyous sounds of children enjoying books has to be my favorite. There always seems to be a little circle going on when I stop by.

Most recently I entrusted The Hamlin Community Library with my passport application. Jackie was very informative, helpful, and kind during the process. (The first time I came in I was extremely ill-prepared. She treated me with compassion and helped instead of judging.) I appreciate her and all the other women that make the library a special place!

Small, but mighty! Love this library. Very quaint and the staff is super helpful.

I went to get my passport, and both the ladies working were extremely helpful and friendly. I hadn't been there in eight years, but the environment of the library was almost as if I was catching up with old friends. Absolutely an amazing place to be! Thanks again to the staff!!

EDIT: I just read the review below mine after posting and it's hilarious how they said the same thing about catching up with old friends! That consistency is what must make the place so special.
